The biggest difference between our Tire Master and its competitors’ products lies in the linear laser scan technology adapted, which enables Tire Master to read the depths of all the grooves of one tire at one time. While the general scanners usually use dot laser scan technology, and its inspection result collection requires to translate the device multiple times from the inside to the outside of the tire, but with low accuracy and efficiency affected.
The scanner can finish tire tread depth inspection with click on one button, and inspection result accuracy up to 0.1mm. The system is easy to operate, and provide real-time display of tire tread depth data, wear data analysis and replacement recommendations, and inspection report can be shared with one click.
The handheld tire tread depth scanner is an ideal choice for customers with tire inspection demands, such as 4S shops, automobile chains store, repair shops, fleets, etc.. It can be used in open areas or workshops with narrow space.
